How to use?

5. Adjust the lens knob to suit your eyesight until the picture you saw is clear. Please note that after a few minutes of adjustment, the eyes will adapt automatically and the picture will be clearer.

Switch the display mode of VR resources to the left and right format, and the effect will be better.
